Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TrueArtz. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to make sure your experience is smooth and satisfying.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at trueartz2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at trueartz2020@gmail.com for assistance.


6. Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
