Here are answers to the most common questions about our paint-by-numbers kits.

1. Can I do this if I’m a beginner?

Yes! Our kits are perfect for beginners. Each canvas is pre-numbered and comes with matching paint pots and brushes. Just follow along, and you’ll quickly gain confidence. Many first-time painters are surprised at how relaxing and enjoyable the process is.

2. What if I run out of paint before I finish?

Don’t worry — every kit comes with enough paint to complete your masterpiece. If you ever run out, contact us at trueartz2020@gmail.com and we’ll send you a free refill of the colors you need.

3. How long will it take me to complete my painting?

Most people spend about 24–48 hours completing a standard kit, but there’s no rush! Paint at your own pace — the experience is about relaxation and creativity.

4. Do I need to buy extra supplies?

No extra supplies are needed. Each kit includes everything you need to start painting immediately.

5. Can kids do paint by numbers?

Yes! Kids often enjoy the smaller or simpler kits. Adult supervision is recommended since the paints are acrylic-based and can stain clothes or furniture.

6. Are the paints safe to use?

Yes, our paints are non-toxic and safe for adults and children (with supervision).

7. How do I clean my brushes?

Rinse brushes with warm water after each use. For longer-lasting results, clean them thoroughly with mild soap and let them air dry.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! TrueArtz offers free worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, EU: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

9. What if my order is lost or damaged?

10. What is your return policy?
